Be known for the work that matters.

Your job is not your platform.

You can lose a position overnight. You should not lose your professional identity, reputation, and body of work with it.

Known for Your Work is for established professionals who have accomplished a lot across more than one area but cannot consolidate it into one clear story. Together, we turn that experience into a public platform that remains yours through leadership changes, career pivots, industry disruption, and whatever comes next.

If your role disappeared tomorrow

What would travel with you?

  1. 01A position people understand
  2. 02A story people remember
  3. 03Proof people can verify
  4. 04A platform you control
  5. 05A plan for opportunity

Four weeks. Four modules.

Every week turns part of your experience into something clear, public, and usable.

The program moves from identity to platform to visibility to leverage. Each module ends with a concrete deliverable, so you are not left with ideas you still have to translate on your own.

01

Identity

Deliverable: Positioning locked

What you want to be known for, who needs it, and why your experience makes you credible.

02

Platform

Deliverable: Website + LinkedIn live

A one-page website and rewritten LinkedIn, live at the end of week two.

03

Visibility

Deliverable: Authority assets ready

Media, podcast, and speaking outreach, plus a recorded interview you can use as an authority asset.

04

Leverage

Deliverable: Your next move mapped

Negotiation and a 60-day action plan.

A competitive advantage

The ground has shifted.

A public body of work is becoming a competitive advantage. The point is not to fear the market. It is to build an advantage that does not depend on one employer, one title, or one résumé.

5 months

Employers now cite AI more than any other reason in announced U.S. job cuts. Challenger, Gray & Christmas reported it as the leading employer-cited reason for five consecutive months through July 2026.

Own it.

Make your record easy to discover and understand.

Opportunity increasingly runs through AI-mediated search and summarization. Those systems can surface people with owned, public, structured work and skip people whose record lives in internal documents and private conversations. A clear platform gives your experience a better chance to travel.

What changes

You do not start over. You make what you have already built portable.

Without a platform

Your value depends on context.

  • Your title explains your authority
  • Your work is scattered or inaccessible
  • Your network knows only your current role
  • You explain your career differently every time
  • Opportunity begins with an application

Known for your work

Your value can travel.

  • Your position is clear outside any organization
  • Your strongest proof has one credible home
  • People can understand and recommend you
  • Your story connects the past to your next chapter
  • Opportunity can begin before you apply
75%

of decision-makers and C-suite executives say thought leadership has led them to research something they were not previously considering. Visibility does not merely attract attention. It can create consideration.

Who this is for

You have accomplished a lot across more than one area. Now it needs to become one clear story.

This is not for you if: you are in an active job-search crisis. That situation needs different support than this program provides.

  • You are an established professional whose value is difficult to consolidate into one clear story.
  • Your strongest accomplishments span roles, disciplines, sectors, or chapters.
  • You want your experience to make sense beyond your current organization or title.
  • You want a credible platform without becoming performative or living online.
  • You can commit to the same fixed four-week schedule as the rest of the cohort.

Questions, answered

What the program can and cannot do

Who is this for?+

Established professionals who have accomplished a lot across more than one area and cannot consolidate it into one clear story. It is designed for people building a durable professional platform before they urgently need one.

What if I am in an active job-search crisis?+

People in an active job-search crisis need different support than this program provides. Known for Your Work is a focused four-week platform-building program, not emergency job-search coaching.

Does a personal platform guarantee an opportunity?+

No. It cannot prevent a layoff or guarantee a promotion, client, interview, or booking. It makes your value easier to find, understand, verify, and recommend when opportunities appear.

Do I need to become a content creator?+

No. You need a credible professional home and a sustainable visibility practice. You do not need to post every day or turn your private life into content.

Will you actually build the website?+

Yes. This is not a course that ends with instructions to make your own site. Strategy, core copy, and the one-page website are part of the beta.

Why is this a founding cohort?+

The founding cohort is intentionally small. We will work closely with participants, gather feedback, and strengthen the program before expanding it.
